Our Approach
When we started with Park Candy, we did an in-depth audit of their website and Facebook/Instagram ad account.
We found that we could improve their website conversion rate by making optimizations to their website including re-categorizing their merchandise, simplifying their menu options, and restructuring their landing pages.
While they had run ads in the past, many were simply boosted Instagram posts, which resulted in a lot of engagement on the platform, but did not translate into sales. We restructured the ad account by creating campaigns with Purchase objectives.
To best connect with their ideal customer, we began A/B testing ad copy, ad creative, and landing pages.
